Refund Policy

The Youth EC is committed to providing high-quality summer camp and after-school enrichment programs. To ensure proper staffing, supplies, transportation, and program planning, all payments are non-refundable.

By registering your child and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All registration fees and weekly tuition payments are non-refundable.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days due to illness, vacations, schedule conflicts, suspensions, withdrawals, or any other reason.

• Weekly tuition reserves your child's space in the program and covers staffing and operating costs regardless of attendance.

• Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the program must provide written notice. However, any payments already made will not be refunded.

• If The Youth EC cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances or is unable to provide services, families will be notified regarding any available credit or other arrangements at the organization's discretion.

• In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control that require temporary closure, refunds will not be issued.

By enrolling your child in any Youth EC program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this No Refund Policy.
